Christmas Gift - Trivet


Get your supplies ready...
Tile (small for coaster or large for trivet)
napkin or tissue paper with cute print on it (you want to use something thin)
mod podge
sponge paint brush
pencil
scissors

open you napkin, set the tile on the print and trace around the tile;

peel up the top thin layer of the napkin;

coat the tile in a thin layer of mod podge (make sure you get the corners);

lay the napkin/tissue paper on the tile, pat it down flat, let it dry;

after it is dry you can paint/stamp names, years, etc., let dry, then coat the tile in another thin layer of mod podge;

the mod podge will dry clear
you can do several things for the bottom of the trivet, coaster...
felt
cork
rubber adhesive bumpers
